Drawing on advanced technologies both domestically and internationally, we’ve tailored these solutions to meet China’s specific needs. This innovative product integrates a transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuse—all housed within the compact enclosure of a box-type substation. It leverages the transformer’s insulating oil as both the insulation medium and coolant for the entire unit, featuring a fully sealed design. The exterior is constructed in modular sections, undergoing processes such as shot blasting, acid cleaning, phosphating, and sequential application of primer, mid-coat, and topcoat. As a result, the surface boasts exceptional scratch resistance, weather durability, and UV protection—far surpassing the performance of conventional coatings. Additionally, this substation offers key advantages like compact size, lightweight construction, and ease of installation.
