The box-type substation is divided into three sections: the high-voltage room, the low-voltage room, and the transformer unit, arranged in a "well" shape. Apart from the transformer’s cooling fins and core exposed externally, all other live compartments are hermetically sealed within separate, independent enclosures. Each compartment is further isolated by internal partitions, and the substation features lower manholes for easy installation and maintenance. The interior and exterior surfaces of the enclosure are smooth, free from rust, coating peeling, or any impact-related damage. The paint layer is applied uniformly and adheres firmly, ensuring no significant glare or uneven reflections. Additionally, the base of the enclosure and all exposed metal components undergo thorough anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments, followed by the application of a durable protective coating. The top cover of the substation is equipped with a weatherproof, sealed lid and an integrated rain shield. Its double-layered design effectively blocks thermal radiation. The dimensions of the substation doors are precisely matched to the equipment they house, and the doors feature internal hinges, opening outward at an angle greater than 90 degrees for optimal accessibility. The entire substation is constructed from stainless steel, while the paint finish—imported automotive-grade enamel—is applied using an oven-baking process. This ensures exceptional resistance to smoke, humidity, mold growth, and harsh outdoor conditions, including extreme temperature fluctuations, high humidity levels, and frequent windblown sand. As a result, the substation boasts a robust protective structure, effective dust-proofing mechanisms, and outstanding cold-weather performance, enabling reliable and safe operation even in challenging environmental conditions.
