It leverages the transformer’s insulating oil as both the insulation medium and coolant for the entire unit, featuring a fully sealed design. The exterior is constructed in modular sections, undergoing processes such as shot blasting, acid cleaning, phosphating, and sequential application of primer, mid-coat, and topcoat. The substation features a compact design, housing the transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuses within the enclosure of a prefabricated transformer station. It leverages the transformer’s insulating oil as both the insulation medium and coolant for the entire unit. Thanks to its fully sealed construction and modular exterior—crafted through processes like shot blasting, acid cleaning, phosphating, and sequential application of primer, mid-coat, and topcoat—the substation boasts exceptional durability, including superior resistance to scratching, weathering, and UV exposure. Additionally, it offers key advantages such as a small footprint, lightweight design, and effortless installation.

       Terms of Use

      · The ambient temperature range is: -40°C to +45°C;

      · Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 30 m/s;

      · Relative humidity: Daily average no more than 95%, monthly average no more than 90%; · The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase power supply voltages are nearly symmetrical.

      · Installation location: Install in areas free from fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibrations.
