      The S13, S20, and S22 series fully sealed oil-immersed transformers are designed for use in AC power systems with a frequency of 50 Hz and rated operating voltages of 20 kV or lower.        Product Features

      . Iron core

      The core is made from high-permeability, grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It features a modern core design—a fully sloped-joint, stacked-type core, with multi-level stepped circular cross-sections for the core columns and uniform cross-sections for both the yoke and the core itself.

      · Winding

      The windings feature corrugated oil channels and are assembled without varnish impregnation, secured tightly with compression bands. All windings consist of concentric coils. The high-voltage winding includes taps corresponding to the required tap voltages, which are connected to the tap changer mounted on the tank cover—note that the tap voltage can only be adjusted after the power supply has been disconnected.

      Transformers ranging from 30 to 2000 kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves;

      Transformers are all equipped with glass thermometer bushings, which are mounted at the top of the oil tank and extend 120 ± 10 mm into the oil.

      The transformer oil tank features corrugated walls with a dust-coated surface.

      The coating application ensures a durable, firmly adhered paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only provides cooling but also acts like a "breathing" mechanism—its elasticity compensates for changes in transformer oil volume caused by temperature fluctuations. As a result, fully sealed transformers eliminate the need for an oil conservator tank, significantly reducing the overall height of the transformer.

      The transformer undergoes a vacuum oil-filling process during encapsulation, which completely removes moisture from inside the transformer and ensures that the transformer oil remains isolated from air. This effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer—conditions that could otherwise degrade the transformer's insulation performance and accelerate oil aging. As a result, routine oil sampling tests are not required on an ongoing basis.
