       Product Features

      This iron core is wound from amorphous alloy strips and features a rectangular cross-section, with either a three-phase five-column or three-phase three-column design.       The low-voltage coil is wound using copper foil, while the high-voltage coil is manufactured by vacuum impregnation with epoxy resin or by incorporating Nomex insulation material in a continuous structure. Both coils undergo multiple impregnations with H-class solvent-free insulation via VPI vacuum-pressure equipment, followed by high-temperature baking and curing. This process ensures superior mechanical strength, excellent heat dissipation, and outstanding resistance to short-circuit conditions.
