       Product Introduction

      · The box-type substation structure is divided into six sections: the transformer body, high-voltage room, low-voltage room, testing room, switchgear operation room, and fuse room, which can be arranged in either an "H" shape or a "T" shape.

      · The high-voltage side is equipped with a terminal-type load switch combined with fuse protection, where the fuses are full-range current-limiting protective fuses.

·The load switch and fuse are installed inside the transformer tank, utilizing the transformer’s insulating oil as both an insulating and cooling medium. Overall, this design offers advantages such as a compact structure and excellent heat dissipation performance.

      · The high-voltage side features a copper busbar structure supported by high-voltage dry bushings, enabling convenient connection of multiple cable lines. On the low-voltage side, outgoing cables can be routed directly or configured according to the user’s specific requirements.

      · The transformer substation doors are equipped with wind-resistant hinges, and all doors on the enclosure open outward with an opening angle of at least 90°, featuring a locking mechanism for secure positioning. Each door includes robust sealing measures, fitted with weatherproof door seals that provide cushioning, along with sturdy handles. Additionally, the concealed doors are designed to be rainproof, debris-proof, rust-resistant, and tamper-proof.

      · The enclosure features a sealed, anti-theft design, with the lid secured using concealed, high-strength bolts and oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets—ensuring the entire enclosure remains free of any exposed, removable bolts.

      · The enclosure is crafted from stainless steel plates, with imported automotive-grade paint applied entirely via spray coating. It offers exceptional resistance to salt spray, damp heat, mold growth, and harsh outdoor weather conditions. Given the low temperatures, significant temperature fluctuations, high humidity, and frequent sandstorms in the area where the photovoltaic power station is located, the transformer cabinet features a robust protective design, effective dust-proof mechanisms, and outstanding cold-temperature performance—ensuring reliable and safe operation even under the most challenging environmental conditions.

       Main technical specifications

      · Voltage: Rated voltage on the high-voltage side: 6kV, 12kV, 24kV, 35kV, 36.75kV, 38.5kV; Rated voltage on the low-voltage side: 0.27kV, 0.3kV, 0.315kV, 0.4kV

      · Rated frequency: 50 Hz

      · Number of phases: Three-phase

      · Protection ratings: Fuel tank IP68, high- and low-voltage compartments IP54; after the high-voltage compartment door is opened, the rating drops to IP3X.
