Structural Features
The enclosure structure comes in two types: upright and horizontal. The outer shell is crafted from high-quality 2mm-thick stainless steel sheets, precisely bent using a multi-step edging process (or alternatively, made from a honeycomb-structured, double-layered stainless steel composite panel that offers flame-retardant, eco-friendly, heat-insulating, and anti-condensation properties). It employs a specialized stainless steel welding technique, ensuring the finished enclosure boasts exceptional overall strength, a mirror-smooth surface free of any weld marks. Inside, mounting beams (or plates) are treated with hot-dip galvanization to guarantee corrosion resistance for at least 20 years. The enclosure features front and rear hinged doors for easy user access and maintenance; each door is fitted with high-elasticity, age-resistant sealing strips around its perimeter. Additionally, every door is equipped with both visible and concealed locking mechanisms—visible locks come with an integrated rainproof cover designed to prevent clogging and rust formation. The metering chamber is fully enclosed and secured with a lead-sealing mechanism. On the side of the enclosure, there’s a weatherproof cable entry system designed to protect against rain and foreign objects. At the bottom, ventilation holes and cable exit ports are strategically positioned, while the top includes a dedicated ventilation channel fitted with a fine-mesh screen. This design ensures superior protection against water, rust, dust, and debris, achieving an impressive IP54 ingress protection rating.
