    The XGN□-12(CV) Solid Insulated Ring Main Unit is a new-generation, eco-friendly solid-insulated ring main unit independently developed by our company. It primarily consists of three functional units: the V-unit (circuit breaker unit) and the C-unit (load switch unit). Each unit can be used individually or easily expanded as needed. The unit’s structure is divided into an intelligent control instrument compartment, an operating mechanism, and the primary section. The instrument compartment can be equipped with microcomputer-based protection devices (controllers), while the mechanism features a dedicated spring-operated design. The primary section employs the APG automatic gelation process, completely encapsulating the isolating switch and arc-extinguishing chamber within epoxy resin—and includes specialized connectors and busbar connections. Notably, the arc-extinguishing chamber incorporates a unique copper-chromium contact material paired with an R-type longitudinal magnetic field contact design. Combined with a fully integrated sealing process, this advanced chamber significantly enhances its performance in several key areas compared to previous models: it boasts superior short-circuit breaking capacity, improved stability, extended electrical life, reduced temperature rise, and enhanced insulation levels—all while maintaining higher reliability and durability.

This design facilitates easy interlocking while minimizing the number of mechanical components, thereby reducing unnecessary transmission stages and enhancing overall reliability. Additionally, the system can be optionally fitted with electric operation functionality to meet user requirements.

      Solid-insulated, fully enclosed switchgear: This type of equipment uses solid insulation materials as the primary insulating medium for key conductive circuits—including main busbars, branch busbars, conductive connections, disconnect switches, and earthing switches—either individually or in combination. These circuits are then encapsulated entirely within a solid insulating material, forming one or more functional modules that can be easily recombined or expanded while maintaining full insulation and complete sealing properties.

      The three-position mechanism features a mid-spring design, enabling it to switch and close load currents, while also supporting both manual and electric operation.
